- Site review and templating. We measure the opening as built and confirm glass spec, framing, and any engineering or permit needs.
- Shop drawings and fabrication. Drawings issued, then framing and glass fabricated to suit. Engineer-stamped drawings are available upon request for an additional fee.
- Installation. Scheduled around the business, with evening and weekend work available and the frontage secured between stages.
What drives the cost
We quote each frontage to the opening rather than a fixed rate. Cost is driven by the size of the frontage, the glass specification (tempered, laminated, or insulated), the framing system, the doors and hardware, any engineering and permits, and how the install has to be staged. After a site review you get a fixed, itemized written price, before HST.
