How a Mississauga commercial project runs
- Site review and templating. We measure the opening as built and confirm glass spec, framing, and any engineering or permit requirements.
- Shop drawings and fabrication. Drawings issued, then framing and glass fabricated to suit. Engineer-stamped drawings are available upon request for an additional fee.
- Installation. Scheduled around the tenancy, with evening and weekend work available and the frontage secured between stages.
What drives the cost
We quote each frontage to the opening rather than a flat rate. The drivers are the size of the frontage and number of bays, the glass specification (tempered, laminated, or insulated), the framing system, the doors and hardware, any engineering and permits, and how the install is staged. After a site review you get a fixed, itemized written price, before HST.

Do you provide the insurance and WSIB our landlord requires?
Yes. We are WSIB insured, carry $5,000,000 Commercial General Liability (CGL), and supply commercial liability and WSIB documentation for landlords, plaza management, and general contractors before we start.
What is the lead time for a typical plaza retail unit?
After the site review and approved shop drawings, storefront framing and glass are fabricated to order; we confirm the lead time in your written quote, since it depends on glass spec, framing, and any stamped-drawing requirements.
Can you replace a large cracked storefront pane quickly to keep us trading?
We can board up to secure and weatherproof the opening fast, then return with the matching fabricated glass so you are trading safely in the meantime.
