We quote each frontage to the opening rather than a flat rate. The drivers are the size of the frontage and number of bays, the glass specification (tempered, laminated, or insulated), the framing system, the doors and hardware, any engineering and permits, and how the install is staged. After a site review you get a fixed, itemized written price, before HST.

What is the lead time for a typical plaza retail unit?
After the site review and approved shop drawings, storefront framing and glass are fabricated to order; we confirm the lead time in your written quote, since it depends on glass spec, framing, and any stamped-drawing requirements.
Can you replace a large cracked storefront pane quickly to keep us trading?
We can board up to secure and weatherproof the opening fast, then return with the matching fabricated glass so you are trading safely in the meantime.
