What drives the cost
Every storefront is quoted to the opening, not to a rate card. Cost is driven by the size of the frontage, the glass specification (tempered, laminated, or insulated units), the framing system, the doors and their hardware, any engineering and permit requirements, and how the install has to be phased or secured. After a site review you get a fixed, itemized written price — before HST.

Yes. We are fully incorporated and certified and provide commercial liability and WSIB documentation for landlords, general contractors, and property managers before work begins.
Can the install run across multiple nights so we stay open?
Yes — phased night and weekend installs are a normal way for us to work on occupied Toronto frontages. We secure the opening at the end of each shift so the unit is not left exposed overnight.
Can you provide P.Eng-stamped drawings when the permit needs them?
We coordinate stamped shop drawings where the scope or the permit requires them, working with your architect or landlord so the glazing is approved and inspected cleanly.
