Joshua Creek is the newer premium pocket north of Dundas, east of Eighth Line, with executive estates set back on landscaped lots along streets like Sixteen Mile Drive, Munns Avenue, and Wilson Park. The housing stock here was largely built in the late 1990s through the 2010s, which means the bathrooms were designed at modern primary-ensuite scale from day one. Glass projects in Joshua Creek tend to skew bigger than anywhere else in Oakville: longer shower runs, taller railing systems, wider vanity mirrors.
