A frameless glass Juliet balcony completed in Toronto. The glass is spigot-mounted straight to the ledge, with no top rail and no posts, so the upstairs window opens onto an open view instead of a fence.
Railing glass is 12mm tempered safety glass, and guards follow OBC Division B, Subsection 9.8.8. Every railing is measured on site and custom-fabricated. 5-year warranty on labour and 5-year warranty on hardware.
